The staff was friendly when I got there had my reservation in order and helped me get paperwork done asap and the room was clean although I never could figure out how to get the TV to work i had my phone though so I didn't bother with tv much. I had breakfast before checking out and it was a chance for me to see Council bluffs although I got there kind of late th

The front desk staff. She went above and beyond! When we returned to our room from our grandsons basketball game, she overheard us entering the elevator that we need to ice his foot. She stopped us, ran to get a bag and filled it with ice for us. Who does that anymore! We will definitely return ! Tamra Des Moines, Iowa

The staff was excellent. Couldn't find a flaw with anything in my room or have any problem with anything. I somehow believe the property is run by an all female staff/ management and they are knocking it out of the park. Very good breakfast offerings each morning. Much better than a lot of places I have stayed.

The facilities were exceptional, but the best feature was the woman that checked us in. Very personable, friendly and gave off an aura of caring about the customers. She is to be commended. Breakfast was outstanding and above expectations.
